Mrs Coffa We will find Magic Beach in the Library and read it. Maybe it will become one of our favourite stories too! Thank you for your comment. From Prep K
Thank you Mr Gray for your comment. Our teacher loved reading Enid Blyton books when she was little. The Saucepan Man is a very funny character. What is your favourite picture story book? From Prep K
My favourite books are the What a Mess books by Frank Muir because the pictures in the books tell stories of their own. They are stories about a lovable Afghan Puppy who gets into a lot of trouble
Thank you Natalie's Mom for telling us about your favourite picture story books. We hope you enjoyed looking at all the different Book Week characters in Prep. From Prep K
I was excited to hear that you liked our story of The Terrible Bang on our Library blog. We have three Prep classes at our school and they have loved reading it too!
I am a Teacher-Librarian so I am lucky to read LOTS of books. Choosing a favourite book is VERY hard for me, but the students at my school know I love the Old Tom books. He is so cheeky, especially in Old Tom's Holiday when he sneaks away with Angela on her holiday!
What a great blog! I have enjoyed seeing all of the wonderful things you are doing. I'm going to try and find some time to show your blog to the Preps when they come to visit me in the LRC.
Thank you Miss Yeomans. We will look at some Old Tom books. We love books in Prep. Do your Prep grades have blogs? If so we would love to visit them. From Prep K
My favourite book right now is Henry and Amy. ONE FRIEND IS VERY TIDY AND THE OTHER IS VERY MESSY.But they help each other to see that being different is OK and you can still be friends. In fact, they help each other to change!
My favourite book is Magic Beach by Alison Lester.
ReplyDeleteI love the way is swaps between a real story and an imaginary one.
Thanks for sharing your Book Week costumes with us!
I love your costumes. Very clever. My son went to school yesterday dressed as the Saucepan man from Enid Blyton's books.
