I am very proud of how much the Preps have learnt about caring for the environment. I asked them to reflect on what they had learnt and what they could do (action) - right now - everyday - to care for our world. Here are their responses. The environment is in good hands! Fantastic Preps.

Hi Mrs Kennedy and fellow Preps
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. Great minds think alike because we both have the same background! I am very excited to find another blog that shares the learning of 5 and 6 year olds like ourselves.
What a great smilebox. We just finished a unit of work on sea creatures and we discovered that there is too much rubbish in the ocean. I look forward to sharing your blog with my class after the holidays.
Wow what a cool slide show. I'm going to send it to our Kindergarten teachers for them to show their 5 - 6 yo students.
ReplyDeleteI'm on the Gulf Coast of Texas. We have had a very bad summer with pollution in the Gulf of Mexico from an oil rig.
