ReplyDeleteHello! We are a class of new entrant children in Lower Hutt, New Zealand who started school 4 weeks ago. We loved looking at your Hairy Harrys and we really loved their big googly eyes! We can't wait to see what they look like when they grow. We have been growing beans in our class, and we also have some with water and without water. We think your Hairy Harrys will need water, soil and light to grow, just like our beans do. We would love you to look at our beans on our blog if you get the chance! ReplyDeleteDear Prep K
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic scientists you are!
Scientists love to make predictions about things and then do experiments to find out if they are right.
You have made some great predictions about what your Hairy Harry's will need to grow, and you have set up an interesting experiment to investigate your wonderings.
I am really looking forward to seeing the results of your experiment.
